New this year: For an elevated VIP experience, limited tickets available to end your evening enjoying a private pairing event hosted by The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar with coursed small plates, fine wines, entertainment and an intimate flavor pairing instruction with Chef Goetz and Sommelier William Lewis. Over the past decade, The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar Partners JC Clow, William Lewis and Chef Yvon Goetz have created quite a stir by successfully pairing contemporary California regional cuisine, with a hip, vibrant, sophisticated setting, to create a cutting-edge dining experience. 

UNCORKED WINE WALK

 

4-7PM: Enjoy a self-guided wine walk in the open air environment of Westfield UTC. Inside each garden will be multiple Temecula Valley wineries and select Westfield UTC restaurants serving light bites and (10) 1oz pours, a branded tasting glass, a tasting guide and giveaways. Enjoy live music during the event by local San Diego artists from Westfield UTC's Plaza Unplugged.

 THE WINERY AT UNCORKED VIP PRIVATE PAIRING EVENT

6-8PM: Unwind after the Uncorked Wine Walk with a private pairing event hosted by The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar, a new restaurant that will join the UTC collection in October, with coursed small plates, signature fine wines, entertainment and an intimate flavor pairing instruction with Chef Goetz and Sommelier William Lewis. 

 

Tickets: $45 (includes the Wine Walk)

 

The Check-in area is located at Palm Plaza next to Ben Bridge Jeweler and will open at 3pm (ensure you check in prior to 5:30pm).

 

This event is for ages 21 and over. No one under this age, including children, will be allowed inside the wine gardens.

 

We highly encourage ride sharing like Uber or Lyft. Westfield UTC is offering complimentary Uber rides (up to $10/ride) to and from the Uncorked event on July 15th from 2PM-11PM (code:UNCORKEDUTCEVENT). Discounted pre-paid valet is located by Seasons 52.
